OUR MISSION  

Our mission is to provide a fun, safe, and inclusive environment where youth can learn, grow, and thrive through football and cheerleading. We foster a culture of respect, teamwork, and excellence while using athletics as a vehicle to teach essential life skills such as leadership, discipline, perseverance, and accountability. Through positive mentorship and structured programming, we are committed to developing well-rounded individuals who serve as positive role models and contribute to the strength of their families and community.

Our vision is to be a trusted, community-centered youth football and cheer program recognized for excellence in coaching, training, and youth development. We strive to create equitable opportunities for young athletes to reach their full potential in sports and in life, while fostering a culture rooted in respect, integrity, service, and community pride. We envision a future where our program strengthens families, supports schools, and serves as a positive and unifying force within the City of Pittsburg.
